Emery Wear Resistant Ground Coating 

 

Scope of application:

Storage, plant, parking lot, maintenance shop, machine room, paper mill, hardware factory, wharf, gas station, etc.

Characteristic: have strong abrasion resistance, dust proof, impact resistance, can reduse dust and is easy to maintain.

Useful life: more than 15 years

 

Construction technology:

The concrete substrate and the leveling layer should be  close-grained, smooth and without water seepage;At the initial setting time of the concrete, make a pressing test and left a 3-5mm print;Spread the hardener, compact and press polish after it absorbing the water of concrete and becoming wet;The corner areas need artificial finishing and margining;After finishing the surface work, spray the special agent for maintenance, don’t cover with plastic cloth;Cut expansion joint and fill with sealing paint;Cautions:the flooring needs a week of flushing maintenance after finished and can bear pressure 28 days later.
